7.  Changing or splitting the routine

Doing the same routine over and over is boring.  And if you are bored none of the previous 6 tips are going to work. You need variety - not just for the body, but for the mind.

For mine I think this is the best bit about rivvaPT.  Every time you turn up you are given a new fresh routine. I may have done a really challenging routine yesterday, but I'll get a fresh one today. That variety keeps you motivated.
