4. Schedule fun stuff for post gym
For mine, I bribe myself with the Saturday Age if I go to rivvaPT on Saturday morning. The getting out of bed stuff ain't fun - but I picture being stretched out on the couch, self righteous for having worked-out, with a cuppa and The Age and me time. If the timing suits when you workout, book a manicure for post-workout, or a catch up with friends, a healthy brunch, a visit to the library.
