So, grab a journal or a calendar or an app just for your fitness activity. Jot down what you are going to do, when you are going to do it, and every workout - tick it off. Done. Take note of nutritional intake, physical activity and even how you feel for the day. Take real satisfaction looking back week by week, month by month, to what you have put in and what you have achieved.
